What is the
Fierce Thought Foundation?
The Fierce Thought Foundation
is the charitable and giving arm of Fierce Thought and Lucid Logic. The
Fierce Thought Foundation is a 501 c(3), Oregon based non-profit
organization.
Our Mission
Statement
The Fierce Thought Foundation
is committed to combating hunger and homelessness as well as educating young
people about Internet technology in the local community including the
communities of the Fierce Thought licensees. Fierce Thought also works with
organizations devoted to helping teens going through personal hardships such
as depression, poverty, suicide and drug addiction.
About the
Fierce Thought Foundation
The Fierce Thought Foundation was created because we believe that giving
back to the community empowers and strengthens business within the
community. Our Founder, Charlie Stanley, built Fierce Thought and Lucid
Logic on this standard. Charlie has served on the Board of Directors of the
Hazelwood Neighborhood Association and the Midway Business Association.
We encourage our employees, alliance partners and brand licensees to find
new and creative ways to get involved with the community.
Children are the future business owners, employees, and volunteers that will
continue to enrich the fabric that ties the community together. We work with
the Education Soaring Program where Charlie spends time each summer teaching
highly skilled kids about Web Design and Internet Technology.
We also work closely with the National Missing Children's Locate Center and
Teen Advocates for Missing Children. We provide them with technology that
enables them to use internet and computers to be more productive.
The Fierce Thought Foundation doesn’t stop at providing help with
technology. We also contribute to the Rose City Miracle, a project of the
Rock Bottom Foundation that is an event that hosts approximately 800
displaced families from Portland for a Christmas celebration. The day
includes an entire Christmas meal, warm adult and children’s clothing, toys, gifts,
and telephone calls.
